Bill Hacker practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Erwin Law, he was an Associate Attorney at the firm Anselmo Lindberg & Associates in Naperville, Illinois.
Bill earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May of 2018, where he received a certificate in Business Law. His studies included courses in commercial real estate, securities regulation, commercial law, and several legal writing courses. Bill received the CALI Award for his work in Transactional Legal Writing while at Chicago-Kent. During law school, Bill also served as a law clerk at a residential and commercial real estate firm in the southwest suburbs, as well as a litigation firm in downtown Chicago.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, majoring in Economics and Political Science. In addition, he was the president and a player on the University of Illinois Club Baseball team.
